This is our 2022 Vintage ‘Willow‘ Still White wine
A small batch single vintage low intervention wine produced exclusively from our Phoenix grapes grown here at Little Waddon using pesticide free regenerative growing tehcniques.
Part hand de-stemmed and foot crushed, left on skins, then added to the whole bunch press.
Wild yeast fermentation, unfiltered and unfined with no sulphur added at any stage.
Nicely dry
Tasting: Think of an English Summer day; a nose of elderflower, citrus fruit with a hint of peach, buttery toasted almonds and a well balanced acidity. Dry to off dry. Best served slightly chilled, and to let the wine fully open up don’t return it to the fridge.
