Rich and plummy blackcurrant hedgerow, mellow oak with a hint of rosemary, a sprinkle of chocolate and vanilla. A well balanced and beautifully rounded English red wine
No sulphur added pre-fermentation, and no sulphur added at bottling. The bottling analysis even shows the sulphite content to be so low that we don’t need to add any allergy advice! We have, because we thought we should conform
